燃气蒸汽锅炉,采用湿背式结构。第一回程为波形炉胆,第二,三回程为烟管。锅炉配置完善的全自动控制装置和安全保护装置,实现水位全自动控制和报警、停炉;出口蒸汽压力自动控制及超压保护,锅炉自动点火,燃烧器火力调节和熄火保护,以保证锅炉安全经济运行。

Gas steam boiler adopts a wet back structure. The first return is the waveform furnace, and the second and third return are the smoke tubes. The boiler is equipped with fully automatic control devices and safety protection devices to achieve fully automatic water level control, alarm, and shutdown; Automatic control of outlet steam pressure and overpressure protection, automatic boiler ignition, burner firepower regulation and shutdown protection to ensure safe and economical operation of the boiler.

该产品的燃料为天然气,燃料从燃烧器喷出,被电子点火棒点燃,在炉胆内微正压燃烧。高压烟气由回燃室转向180°入第二回程烟管,然后在前烟箱处再次转向180°进入第三回程烟管后,经过烟箱经冷凝式节能器及烟囱排入大气。

构造与性能 onstruction and performance

(1)波纹炉胆 Corrugated furnace liner

炉胆采用波纹炉胆结构,既增加了辐射和对流传热面积,又满足了炉胆受高温辐射后自由膨胀的需要。

The furnace liner adopts a corrugated furnace liner structure, which not only increases the radiation and convective heat transfer area, but also meets the need for free expansion of the furnace liner after being exposed to high temperature radiation.


(2)炉膛优化设计 Furnace optimization design

更具各类燃烧器火焰尺寸,针对性地优化了炉膛尺寸,炉膛与燃烧器火焰完美匹配,有效地抑制了NOx的形成,避免了高温烟气直接冲刷炉胆。结合热工试验,合理地分配炉膛辐射受热面积、烟管对流受热面积,延长了锅炉的使用寿命,提高了锅炉热效率。

More tailored to various burner flame sizes, the furnace size has been optimized for a perfect match between the furnace and burner flames, effectively suppressing the formation of NOx and avoiding direct flushing of high-temperature flue gas into the furnace liner. By combining thermal experiments, the reasonable allocation of furnace radiation heating area and smoke pipe convection heating area has extended the service life of the boiler and improved its thermal efficiency.


(3)烟气系统 Smoke system

采用上乘的三回程全湿背式结构;二、三回程烟管采用低阻螺旋传热技术,换热效果好、使用寿命长;独特的前后烟箱设计制作工艺,内置迷宫式隔热装置,外置U型卡槽式铰链设计,整体钢制面板,厚重结实,有效地降低了散热损失,提高锅炉热效率。

采用合理的烟道结构,燃气燃烧产生的冷凝水迅速汇集,在前后烟箱排出,极大限度减小了冷凝水对锅炉的腐蚀。

人孔、手孔等检查孔设置齐全,位置合理,维护检修方便。弹簧式安全防爆门,确保安全运行

保温采用高热阻硅酸铝纤维+防火铝箔热量反射膜+保温棉结构,导热系数低,保温效果好。

On both sides of the boiler, a water level gauge is connected through a balance bucket. Multiple types of water level gauges, such as plate, dual color, and float, are available. The water level observation is intuitive, the detection is stable, and the control is sensitive.

A dedicated water distributor is installed at the inlet of the boiler feed water, which disperses and evenly enters the boiler after passing through the distributor, avoiding local temperature drops during feed water.

By adopting a reasonable flue structure, the condensed water generated by gas combustion quickly collects and is discharged from the front and rear smoke boxes, greatly reducing the corrosion of condensed water on the boiler.

Manholes, handholes, and other inspection holes are fully installed, reasonably positioned, and easy to maintain and repair. Spring type safety explosion-proof door ensures safe operation

The insulation adopts a high thermal resistance aluminum silicate fiber+fireproof aluminum foil heat reflection film+insulation cotton structure, with low thermal conductivity and good insulation effect.
